Nathan Green
Founder & Workshop Lead
Nathan is the driving force behind WorkWise Sports, leading the delivery of engaging workshops and day-to-day operations. With his hands-on experience as an Attendance Officer and youth mentor, Nathan ensures our programmes connect with young people in a meaningful and practical way. His passion is helping students discover their potential and confidently take the next step in their careers.

Stephen Green
Director & Strategic Advisor
Stephen brings valuable leadership and expertise to WorkWise Sports as Director and Strategic Advisor. He plays a key role in shaping the business direction, developing programmes, and delivering impactful workshops. Stephen’s insight and guidance help ensure we stay focused on our mission to empower young people through meaningful career development.
