We believe sport is more than a game. It’s a platform for personal growth, a pathway to employment, and a powerful tool for positive change. Our vision is to ensure that no young person is left behind, regardless of their background, ability, or ambition.
Through practical workshops, real-world experiences, and strong partnerships with schools, clubs, and communities, we aim to inspire the next generation to step confidently into their future.
Our Mission
WorkWise Sports exists to support young people as they explore career opportunities in and around sport — helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, and take practical steps towards their goals.
We achieve this by:
- Delivering high-impact, in-school workshops that bring sport-based careers to life
- Partnering with grassroots and professional clubs to provide access to real pathways
- Supporting schools with tailored careers guidance and Ofsted-ready provision
- Connecting students with trusted professionals, role models, and mentors
- Promoting inclusion, aspiration, and ambition in every session we run
